Are your products safe for sensitive skin or skin conditions like Lupus or eczema?
Yes. All our formulas are created with sensitive skin in mind using plant-based, non-irritating ingredients and avoiding synthetic fragrances, parabens, and harsh additives.
Are your products 100% natural?
Yes. We only use natural, skin-loving ingredients. No hidden chemicals, no artificial colors, no synthetic preservatives.
Are your products handmade?
Absolutely. Every jar, butter, and balm is handcrafted in small batches to maintain freshness, potency, and quality.
Can I use Silky Spruce products on my children?
Many of our products are gentle enough for children. For babies or sensitive little ones, we recommend starting with unscented formulas and patch-testing first.
How long do your products last?
Stored away from sunlight they last for 24 months from date of manufacture. We recommend using them within 6-12months. Keep them in a cool, dry place to maintain freshness.
Orders & Shipping
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we currently ship to select countries including Rwanda, the UK, and others. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Didn’t get it? Reach out and we’ll help you track it down.
What’s your return policy?
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we don’t accept returns. But if anything arrives damaged or incorrect, let us know, we’ll sort it out quickly.

I’m new here. What product should I start with?
A great place to start is with our Whipped Body Butter or Essential Oil Blends. They’re gentle, nourishing, and give you a full Silky Spruce experience right away.
Can I use your oils and butters on my face?
Some of our oils are suitable for facial use, especially if you have dry or sensitive skin. Check the product details—or reach out for personalized guidance.
Do your products have added fragrance?
We don’t use synthetic fragrances. Any scent you notice comes from pure essential oils or naturally fragrant ingredients like vanilla, mint, or lemon grass.
