All orders are handmade and packed with love. Please allow 2–3 business days for processing before shipment. During peak periods, there may be slight delays—but we’ll always keep you informed.

🌍 Domestic & International Shipping

We currently ship across Kenya and to select international destinations, including Rwanda, the UK, and a few others.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

🚚 Delivery Timelines

  • Within Kenya: 2–5 business days

  • East Africa: 5–10 business days

  • UK & International: 7–14 business days (depending on customs and courier service)
